Sweet, passionate, insightful, romantic, pained - and brutally honest. Jaclyn Reinhart holds nothing back.
This insightfully funny and charming singer-songwriter living in Saint John, New Brunswick performs a balance of a roots-pop/rock style that blends her influences and love of icons such as Jann Arden and Sheryl Crow. Her life is there for the world to see in every line she sings and every note she plays. That is why, when people hear Jaclyn Reinhart’s music, they connect with it because they relate to it.
They have felt the emotions expressed in her lyrics, they have lived stories similar to the ones she tells and there is always at least one of her songs they feel could have been written specifically about them. This is the power of Jaclyn Reinhart’s music - the ability to convey the human experience, good and bad, uplifting and soul-crushing. And she does it all with a talented and powerful voice that has won over fans every time.
With two albums under her belt, she is ramping up for the third release titled “Sleep with Ghosts” This is, in fact, the title track of the album called “Sleep with Ghosts”, written with Tyler Lombard along with many other songs about healing, moving forward and forgiveness.
“On “Sleep With Ghosts”, Reinhart displays a maturity and eloquence that, while hinted at with previous recordings, is much more fully realized. Greater things lay in store for this phenomenal songwriter.” - Ken Kelly, Noreaster Online
